The international IT conference “SOFTICO 2018/19. A View To The Future”, organized by us, gathered over 200 participants. It was devoted to the review, study and analysis of opportunities and strengths related to the IT market in Ukraine sustainable development.
The conference was attended by representatives of the government agencies, educational institutions, SMB, large dealers, distributors and software development companies.
SOFTICO’s Training Center
We frequently conduct seminars, workshops and desktop exercises in our own specially equipped Training Center, which can be accommodated up to 25 participants at a time.
Presentations of solutions and products, their updates and new features are delivered by BDM and invited representatives of the vendors.
We are constantly working on strengthening our position in the Ukrainian IT market and expanding the existing opportunities. In order to increase the value of the software, for most vendors, we assume the training of partners and End-Users on products and IT solutions.

One of the advantages of a company is its own call center.
The company uses its capacity to work with End-Users in case of a need, for example, processing leads from the vendors.
The leads processing is done via CRM, which guarantees a high degree of development of leads and strict accountability to the vendor.
